secondhand smoking

This piece illustrates the consequences of secondhand smoking, especially on young children. A man, whose legs are made of cigarette filters and body is made of tobacco leaves, smokes next to a group of children. The images of the children, cut out of charred cigarette papers, appear to be reaching out for help.
