abundance and scarcity

In this piece, I wanted to illustrate the stark contrast between abundance and scarcity, especially when it came to food. We are constantly bombarded by news of starvation and famine in third world countries far away, whilst being informed of the most recent lavish dinner party that a celebrity hosted. By juxtaposing two very different images, the irony of the co-existence of scarcity and abundance is highlighted.
